Are you experiencing some problems with your Air Conditioner, Furnace, or Boiler? Is it in need of repair? If you run into any problems, give the Good Guys a call. Our technicians are experts at finding the problem and giving you the most sensible solutions and advice to get equipment repaired or putting those potential repairs towards new equipment.

Flat Rate Pricing:

When it comes to Furnace Repair or Air Conditioner Repair we utilize Flat-Rate pricing. If you need a specific repair we can tell you the cost of the repair (covering the part and the labor) before we would even start it. The warranty on our work is 30 day labor, and 1 year on all parts. Our customers on service plans (Gold & Diamond) have extended protection of 60 day labor and 2 year part warranty.

Dependable Service:

We make sure that when we are scheduling our technicians we leave enough time to handle service calls throughout the day. We want to get to our Tune-Ups fast, and the Service Calls even faster. We use our own "Good Guy" technology to dispatch as economically as possible, meaning we can handle more calls and get to you on those busy days faster than the others.

Trip Charge / Diagnostic Fee:

To get someone out to your home and to find the source of the problem is all part of our service call charge known as a "Diagnostic Fee". During our regular business hours this is $85. If you need us in the evening or overnight for an emergency call it is $159, and on holidays $195.
