Your Availability

Unlike our tune-up services that are scheduled in advance, a service call is very hard to set for a specific time if same day or next day. We need your flexibility in arranging a visit. The more flexible you are, the quicker we can typically get to you. Ideally we ask that someone can be there with a lead time of 15-30 minutes or less. It is very hard to guess when a technician opens up as all jobs we go on can vary by multiple hours. That being said if you need a certain time, we will always do our best to get there ASAP!

We want to fix it same visit!

Our goal is to get problems/issues addressed at the time of the visit. In certain cases we may not have the part in stock, and have to pick it up from a local supplier, and in more rarer cases we need to custom order it. We will do our best to communicate this all with you to get everything resolved as fast as possible.

We service a rough 30 minute drive from our office. If you are out of the area listed below we will be unable to service.
