This troubleshooting guide is only meant to assist, with a goal of possibly saving you a service call or at least knowing what may be the problem. Problem

My furnace has water all over the floor.

Possible Cause:

Typically this is because of a drain line backup. We recommend on a regular basis flushing some bleach down the drain line to help clean out growth. disconnect the drain from the back of the furnace and blow on it, see if you can clear the drain. There is also a chance if you have a humidifier that it is leaking from there. Make sure you are replacing those water panels at least once per year (some situations require more often replacement during heating season - depending on water quality). Water can also leak from failed heat exchangers or during the cooling season the air conditioner coil can plug.
