This troubleshooting guide is only meant to assist, with a goal of possibly saving you a service call or at least knowing what may be the problem. Problem

The Drain line is very dirty.

Possible Cause:

This happens to all drain lines. It's recommended on a regular basis to flush it out with bleach and after enough years to just refresh it with new drain line. If you ever want us to do that while we are there for a tune-up let us know.
