Problem

Change Water Pad light on but I changed pad.

Possible Cause:

On Aprilaire that light is just triggered by the amount of hours. It doesn't know when filters are changed unless you tell it. To reset that counter go to that control and turn it to test (one past 7), and you'll see the green light will go on. Leave it there for 5-10 seconds and you'll see the green light start to blink on the humidifier. You can now return it to the number you had it set to prior, that reset the counter.
