Humidifier "On" but no water flow.
Check the saddle valve follow the copper line going to the humidifier back to where it taps into your water line, that valve is the saddle valve. Fully close and open and put it back about where it was. Sometimes sediment can get stuck in there and this good maintenance check. Where the copper line goes into the solenoid (the electronic valve that controls the water flow to the humidifier) there is a line filter and a restrictor which has a pin hole in it, this is what helps control how much water goes to the humidifier. Because that is so small it makes it an easy point of failure. Check that it isn't plugged. It could also be a control or solenoid issue. Overall it's best if adjusting the saddle valve doesn't do anything to get a technician out there.
