Due to the "Safer at Home" order we have suspended tune-up services until further notice. We are available for emergency service and more. Read more about our response to COVID-19.

How we are handling COVID-19

Last Updated: 04/02/2020

Due to the spreading of the Caronavirus in our area we have had to make changes to our operations to better protect our employees, our customers, as well as our business.

What have we done?

Crucial Infrastructure

The department of Homeland Security has classified our industry as "crucial infrastructure", as we repair and return heating and cooling into homes which is crucial to survival and health. The CISA (Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency) states, "If you work in a critical infrastructure industry, as defined by the Department of Homeland Security ... you have a special responsibility to maintain your normal work schedule". That being said, we have suspended our tune-up services for the time being and focusing only on Emergency work. We encourage all HVAC companies in the valley to do the same.

Recommendations to our Customers

Our hours have not changed. We will continue to answer the phones regardless what happens. We are still available for emergency visits. We must depend on your honesty when we ask if anyone in your home is showing signs of illness. When we stay healthy, we help keep you healthy.

If you have concerns for your indoor air quality, we do offer solutions to improve it. The top recommended one being the UVPhotoMAX.

A Note of Thanks

This pandemic has been causing stress to all businesses, but most effected are the local small businesses. There has been an outpouring of support for several businesses in the valley and it brings tears to our eyes on just how people truly step up to help one another in time of need. Before we know it we will be returning back to full capacity, and we as a society will have a whole new appreciation for the little things in our day-to-day life. During the downtime connect with friends and family you haven't spoken to for a while. Help out a higher risk citizen with a grocery run. Relax and read a book, and wash your hands.

Most importantly though, don't panic. Fred Rogers said it best. When you look for the helpers, then you'll know there is hope. There are countless people stepping up and doing what they can to help one another. We will get through this together, as a community!

Thank you to all our customers for the continued support.
