Job Description/Duties: Our install technicians are responsible for helping us install new furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, and indoor air quality products. We also do gas lines and some other miscellaneous type jobs. Most of the time you will be working as a team to accomplish the task of installing new equipment, but sometimes will be expected to work on your own to either finish up and installation or to work on a job set for one person to complete. Install Techs are expected to collect payment when needed and work with customers and the estimator directly to ensure their job is done to satisfaction
Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of Residential HVAC service/install field work, or HVAC accredited tech college degree. Experience with forced air and hot water systems. Air Conditioning knowledge with EPA Universal Refrigeration License. Must possess good customer service and communication skills, and able to work well with others. (That being said, a person with the right aptitude we would be happy to train)
Job Description/Duties: Install assistants work with install technicians to help us get equipment installed and also assists us around the shop with various tasks like running parts to others, jumping between jobs when needed for assistance, but typically will be working side by side with an Install Technician.
Qualifications: A genuine wanting to learn, strong analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail and safety. Must possess good customer service and communication skills, and able to work well with others.
Job Description/Duties: Service technicians service and repair (Residential/Light Commercial HVAC Equipment). They perform scheduled maintenance (aka Tune-Ups), as well as service calls where they go through and diagnose problems and make repairs. Is on a rotating on-call schedule, and needs to maintain their own truck inventory. Needs to be able to invoice and collect payments from customers.
Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of Residential HVAC field service, or HVAC accredited tech college degree. Experience with forced air and hot water systems. Air Conditioning knowledge and EPA Universal Refrigeration License. Succesful Applicant must be able to manage multiple priorities, possess good customer service and communication skills, able to build rapport with customers and co-workers, and have strong analytical and problem solving skills. (That being said, a person with the right aptitude we would be happy to train)
